Academic Tutoring
At Prepped and Polished, our tutoring program is broad and highly personalized. It covers a variety of academic subjects and skills to provide the best possible support to students of all ages (kindergarten through college).
We cover core subjects including English, Math, History, and Science, as well as advanced coursework in foreign languages, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
Test Prep
We also offer effective Test Preparation sessions that will ensure students can score their best on exams like the SAT, ACT, SSAT, ISEE, and more!
Every session is driven by our proprietary P&P SAT Workbook Series — a comprehensive, three-volume curriculum covering Reading & Writing, Math, and Advanced Math, developed exclusively for Prepped and Polished students. We provide testing strategies and develop student concept knowledge to maximize student growth and confidence while implementing student accommodations into each session.
Our sessions also help students develop skills that will not only help with their exam but also with challenges they might face in college and beyond.
At Prepped and Polished, we offer three convenient options for your tutoring and test preparation needs:
1. At Home
We travel to meet with you in the comfort of your home, or any guardian-approved location, for in-person tutoring and test preparation sessions (primarily serving the Greater Boston MetroWest area.).
3. Prepped OnlineSM
Our Prepped Online virtual sessions provide you with the customized learning experience that best suits the student’s needs. Students will be able to engage with instructors through platforms like Zoom and Google Meet where they will both be able to see, hear, and collaborate seamlessly.

Our Prepped and Trained℠ tutors are certified on our proprietary curriculum and trained to guide students in areas that go beyond traditional academic subject areas — including organizational skills, study techniques, homework help, confidence building, and time management.
After every session, families receive a Prepped Progress Report℠ so you always know exactly where your student stands.
