Lon spent more than 25 years as an independent educational consultant, helping parents in finding a suitable therapeutic private boarding school.
Lon earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Idaho, and his educational consulting practice is based out of Bonners Ferry, Idaho. He has spent over 30 years working with teens with behavioral and emotional problems and their families.
