SSAT or ISEE? Which Test is Better
First of all, we need to understand what the school students are looking into and what they require. Do they have a preference for either the ISEE or the SSAT? Depending on the grade level that the student is applying to might determine whether it’s ISEE or SSAT.
I would recommend that when you start this journey of taking the ISEE or SSAT, you check in to see what the schools that the student is applying to require or what they suggest or prefer. That’s a great starting point.
Another thing to keep in mind to determine which test is better is the test date timeline that the student has. For example, if you’re worried about taking the test multiple times, the SSAT is a better test to take as it can be offered many times over the course of the calendar year. However, if a student is really good and wants to take it only once or his schedule only permits it once, then the ISEE, with its testing season, might lean more in accordance with that schedule.
