One of the common mistakes students make is forgetting to eliminate incorrect answers: cross them out. Eliminating incorrect answers is a timesaver. It helps you target the correct answer, and it also helps you to guess strategically.
If you can eliminate one or preferably two choices, you have much better odds of getting the right answer. You get one extra point. one point for every correct answer. And although you do get minus a quarter point for an incorrect answer, I think if you guess strategically, you’ll be good to go.
