Our Guest:

Dale Troy is a certified health coach and a mom of 3 daughters who have all graduated from Yale University. Dale is a is also a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School. As a Certified Health Coach, Dale specialize in working with stressed college students. Together she puts in place habits that enable them to manage stress and have a successful college experience.

Dale actually started her career as a lawyer because she wanted to help people. She chose trusts in the States, which was the most personal, not corporate. She became a headhunter for lawyers and learned about coaching people and listening to people.

On today’s episode Dale give students strategies on how to best manage their stress in the college application process.
