Our Guest

Harlan Cohen is a speaker and New York Times best-selling author. Harlan went to Indiana. He was overweight as a child, short and hairy. He started at UW-Madison and ended up transferring. It was really shocking to him because he never planned on that happening, and neither of his brothers ever transferred.

Harlan’s bestselling books include The Naked Roommate: And 107 Other Issues You Might Run Into in College and Getting Naked: Five Steps to Finding the Love of Your Life (While Fully Clothed & Totally Sober).

He advises teens to be patient. Focus on passion; your passion really rises above the confusion, and you find a couple of things you love to do, and then you let that be the guide so that you can find your people and you could find their places.
